During your initial consultation we’ll explore your wish list, style preferences, and any must have features, as well as the budget you have in mind. Establishing a budget early gives us a clear framework for designing the luxury bathroom you envision. If your aspirations and budget need balancing, we’ll recommend creative, affordable options without ever compromising on style or quality.
Before moving forward, we’ll provide a clear indication of the investment required for the specification and level of finish you desire.. Once you’re happy, we carry out a COMPLIMENTARY 22-POINT SURVEY of your bathroom – recording all key measurements and noting any installation considerations. The survey is non-evasive but thorough, ensuring we can plan and deliver your project with absolute confidence.
Optional Full Design Service and Cost
For clients who would like to see their ideas brought to life with detailed drawings and clever spatial solutions, we offer an Optional Full Design Service. Our talented in-house designers will create sketch proposals, presentation drawings, or interpretations of architectural plans, often supported by follow-up consultations. Because this stage involves significant design time and expertise, the fee is a modest £300 per bathroom.
If you then choose to commission Bathroom Perfection Cornwall to create your bathroom, we refund the entire fee – no quibble. It’s our way of investing in a partnership that we’re confident will exceed your expectations.
Design
Using the survey drawings as a foundation, our designers craft one or more bespoke layouts tailored to your lifestyle and aesthetic. We’ll present a curated selection of luxury bathroom products – from elegant furniture and sanitaryware to premium brassware, tiles and mosiacs – all chosen to enhance the appeal and your family’s needs.
If you’re uncertain about furniture, bathroom goods or finishes, we’ll guide you through catelogue’s in your own home, or alternatively meet with you at a local bathroom showroom in Cornwall where we will help you form a positive opinion based upon live examples. To add personality and flair, we may introduce you to feature materials such as engineered wood, marble, Corian, natural pebbles, or statement wallpaper – should you be after something really unique for your home!
